We are working closely with our client to identify an experienced Instructional Designer to support their AI Literacy initiative. The consultant will be responsible for developing a comprehensive learning strategy and roadmap, collaborating with subject matter experts and stakeholders, and designing training materials focusing on prompt engineering and leadership coursework. This role is crucial in ensuring that the training provided is effective and meets the needs of the organization, particularly in the rapidly evolving field of artificial intelligence. The Instructional Designer will engage with various stakeholders to gather requirements and insights that will inform the design of the curriculum. This includes understanding the specific needs of the learners and the objectives of the training programs. The consultant will also be tasked with creating engaging and interactive learning experiences using tools such as Articulate 360, specifically Storyline and Rise. The ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with others is essential, as the designer will need to present ideas and concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. This position is fully virtual, allowing for flexibility in work hours, but it requires a commitment of 40 hours per week. The expected start date is in late September or early October, with interviews commencing as soon as possible. The duration of the contract is six months, with the possibility of extension based on project needs and performance.
