The interview will include a portfolio review and discussion, emphasizing the importance of showcasing relevant experience and skills in instructional design and digital content creation. In this role, the Instructional Designer will partner with SMEs to conceptualize and execute projects that deliver impactful learning experiences. The designer will be responsible for ensuring that all training deliverables are not only visually engaging but also effective in achieving the desired learning outcomes. This position reports to the Digital Medical Education Manager and is integral to advancing the educational initiatives within the company, particularly in the field of structural heart valves.
