Strata-G is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer/Developer/Instructor with a focus on Electrical Safety. This role involves participating in all phases of the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT), with a particular emphasis on Analysis, Design, and Development. The Instructional Technologist will be responsible for the design and development of Instructor Led Training (ILT) programs and the delivery of approved classroom training programs. The ideal candidate will have technical knowledge and experience in Electrical Safety Training, which is preferred for this position. The successful candidate will be contracted for a duration of 12 months and will be based in Oak Ridge, TN. Please note that there are no remote or hybrid options available for this role. Strata-G will not sponsor applicants for immigrant or non-immigrant work visas. Candidates must be prepared to submit evidence of identity and employment authorization, and may be subject to drug testing and a background investigation by the Federal government to obtain access authorization prior to employment. Responsibilities

  • Participate in all phases of the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT) focusing on Analysis, Design, and Development.
  • Design and develop Instructor Led Training (ILT) programs.
  • Deliver approved classroom training programs on Electrical Safety.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure training materials meet quality standards.
  • Continuously improve training programs based on feedback and assessment results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent certifications.
  • Mid-level analysis skills related to instructional design and training development.
  • Technical knowledge and experience with Electrical Safety Training.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Familiarity with various training delivery methods and technologies.
