Strata-G is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer/Developer/Instructor with a focus on Electrical Safety. This role involves participating in all phases of the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT), with a particular emphasis on Analysis, Design, and Development. The Instructional Technologist will be responsible for the design and development of Instructor Led Training (ILT) programs and the delivery of approved classroom training programs. The ideal candidate will have technical knowledge and experience in Electrical Safety Training, which is preferred for this position. The successful candidate will be contracted for a duration of 12 months and will be based in Oak Ridge, TN. Please note that there are no remote or hybrid options available for this role.
