About the position

The Instructional Designer/Developer/Instructor for Technical Instructor Led Training at Spectra Tech is responsible for participating in all phases of the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT). This role focuses on the analysis, design, and development of training programs, particularly in the area of Electrical Safety Training. The position involves both the creation of training materials and the delivery of approved classroom training programs.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the analysis, design, and development of training programs.
• Develop instructional materials for Technical Instructor Led Training.
• Deliver approved classroom training programs to participants.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and effective.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.

Requirements

• Experience in instructional design and development.
• Technical knowledge in Electrical Safety Training is preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with e-learning development tools.
• Familiarity with adult learning principles.
• Background in technical training or education.
