About the position

The Instructional Designer/Developer/Instructor for Technical Instructor Led Training at Spectra Tech is responsible for participating in all phases of the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT). This role focuses on the analysis, design, and development of technical training programs aimed at enhancing the quality of classroom training initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the analysis phase of the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT).
• Engage in the design and development of Technical Instructor Led training programs.
• Contribute to the quality revision and improvement initiatives for technical classroom training.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and effective.
• Evaluate training programs and make recommendations for improvements.

Requirements

• Experience in instructional design and development for technical training.
• Familiarity with the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT).
• Strong analytical skills to assess training needs and outcomes.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical instructors and subject matter experts.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with e-learning development tools.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles.
• Familiarity with assessment and evaluation methods for training programs.
