About the position

Our large consumer product client is seeking a small team of Instructional Designer/eLearning Developers to create eLearning modules that will guide Sales Representatives and Installer vendors on how to install their products. The client will provide all necessary content in a finalized form, which may include videos, as well as branding and templates. The modules will be developed using Articulate Rise, and it is essential that consultants provide their own laptops and licenses for this software. The client is looking for resources who are local to Broomfield, CO, and can work onsite one to two days per week from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM MST. This position is a hybrid contract role, allowing for a blend of onsite and remote work, which is ideal for professionals who thrive in collaborative environments while also valuing flexibility in their work arrangements.

Responsibilities

  • Create eLearning modules for Sales Reps and Installer vendors on product installation.
  • Utilize provided content, including videos, branding, and templates, to develop engaging eLearning experiences.
  • Develop modules using Articulate Rise and ensure high interactivity and engagement in the learning materials.
  • Collaborate with Senior Instructional Designers, Team Leads, Project Managers, clients, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure the quality and effectiveness of the eLearning modules.
  • Showcase excellent samples of previous work as part of the consultant selection process.

Requirements

  • A degree in Instructional Technologies or Education, and/or Certification in eLearning is a plus.
  • 10+ years of experience in Instructional Design and eLearning Development, primarily serving large companies.
  • Proven experience in creating eLearning focused on technical processes.
  • Highly skilled in the hands-on development of interactive and engaging eLearning using Articulate 360, including both Rise and Storyline.
  • Exceptional experience in creating eLearning for technical content.
