As an Instructional Designer at a Global Fortune 500 client, you will be responsible for creating engaging e-learning experiences that simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences. This role requires expertise in Articulate Storyline 360 and a strong understanding of adult learning theories to develop effective learning materials that equip the workforce with necessary skills in cutting-edge technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging e-learning materials using Articulate Storyline 360.
• Simplify complex technical language into easy-to-understand content for learners.
• Manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines effectively.
• Adapt to changing priorities based on business needs.
• Apply adult learning theories and instructional design best practices in course development.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.

Requirements

• Deep experience with Articulate Storyline 360.
• Ability to translate complex technical jargon into accessible language.
• Strong project management skills and ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of Edgeputing, AI integration, cybersecurity, and collaborative technologies.
• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, technical communication, or equivalent experience.
• Exceptional writing and communication skills.
