About the position

As an Instructional Designer at Adecco, you will be responsible for creating engaging e-learning experiences that simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences. This role is crucial in developing learning materials that equip the workforce with essential skills in cutting-edge technologies such as Edge computing, AI integration, and cybersecurity. You will leverage your expertise in Articulate Storyline 360 to deliver impactful training solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging e-learning materials using Articulate Storyline 360.
• Translate complex technical jargon into easy-to-understand language for learners.
• Manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines.
• Adapt to changing priorities based on business needs.
• Apply adult learning theories and instructional design best practices in course development.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.

Requirements

• Deep experience with Articulate Storyline 360.
• Strong ability to simplify complex technical language.
• Excellent project management skills and ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of Edge computing, AI integration, cybersecurity, and collaborative technologies.
• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, technical communication, or equivalent experience.
• Exceptional writing and communication skills.
