About The Position
The Instructional Designer I will be part of a team focused on developing online and face-to-face courses for law enforcement and protective services. This role involves executing a curriculum development process, collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and utilizing adult education theories to enhance training effectiveness. The designer will also be responsible for updating existing programs to meet evolving industry needs and will report to the Curriculum Manager.
