About the position

Our client, the world's leading search engine and technology company, is seeking an Instructional Designer. This is a 6 month + contract 100% remote position located in Durham, NC. The Instructional Designer will work directly as part of the team supporting Repair & Maintenance and Drops, Installs & Repairs. This role involves analyzing material and supporting information provided by business stakeholders, using this analysis to design appropriate learning interventions, and developing the learning interventions. The position requires a strong focus on learning content development, creation of learning objectives, and detailed design of learning content.

Responsibilities

• Analyze material and supporting information provided by business stakeholders.

• Conduct detailed design of learning content.

Requirements

• Instructional Design, Communication, or relevant degree preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in corporate learning & development, preferably creating technical training content.
• Experienced in creating blended learning solutions.
• Proficient in Articulate 360 Storyline and Articulate 360 Rise.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in video production.
• Graphic design skills.
• Animation experience.
• Micro-learning development expertise.
