Responsibilities

• Design and develop instructional materials and training programs for various audiences.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and objectives.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
• Utilize various instructional design methodologies and technologies to enhance learning experiences.
• Maintain and update existing training materials to ensure relevance and accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
• Experience in instructional design and development of training programs.
• Proficiency in e-learning development tools and software.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to analyze and assess training needs.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design models.
• Knowledge of graphic design tools and multimedia production.
