Responsibilities

• Develop and conduct workshops, training sessions, and seminars on technology tools.
• Provide one-on-one technology support to faculty, staff, and students.
• Assist end-users with technical issues and support inquiries.
• Leverage emerging technologies to enhance digital education.
• Create and manage instructional materials and best practices.
• Keep the OCOM community informed about updates on digital tools.
• Collaborate with the IT team to align training initiatives with technology goals.
• Work independently and effectively within a diverse team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university.
• 5+ years of experience in higher education focusing on technology support and instructional design.
• Proven experience with Google Workspace, Zoom, and Apple device management.
• Strong communication and public speaking skills.
• Ability to create accessible instructional materials and conduct engaging presentations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Graduate degree or advanced certification in a related field.
• Experience with emerging technologies such as AR, AI, and VR.
