About the position

The Instructional Designer/Learning Facilitator at EagleBank is responsible for creating and delivering electronic and classroom content aimed at developing critical knowledge, skills, and abilities within the organization. This role involves collaborating with subject matter experts and internal customers to identify learning needs and enhance the capabilities of the EagleBank team. The position supports the execution of objectives aligned with EagleBank's strategic priorities, working closely with the Learning and Organizational Development Manager and the broader OD team.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver electronic and classroom content that develops critical knowledge, skills, and abilities.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and internal customers to identify learning needs.
• Elevate the abilities of the EagleBank team through effective instructional design.
• Work closely with the Learning and Organizational Development Manager to execute objectives that support EagleBank's strategic priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field.
• 3 years of prior experience in an Instructional Design role, from the analysis phase to the evaluation phase.
• 1 year of facilitation experience.
• Proficient in the use of Articulate 360 Instructional Design software.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems required; Cornerstone preferred.
• Expertise in adapting instructional content to meet specific learning needs.
• Proficient use of Adobe Creative Suite.
