Forming part of the Biotechnology segment at Danaher, we bring together dedicated technical expertise and talent to develop the next generation of life-changing therapeutics. The Service Instructional Designer for Cytiva is responsible for designing the learning activities and content for our service organization and driving the service training approach for assigned content development projects. This position is part of the Global Service Training Design Team located in the United States and will be remote. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop engaging, task-based content where the learner frequently interacts with the materials. You will work in cross-functional teams with global SMEs and stakeholders to develop content collaboratively, with precision, speed, and transparency. Additionally, you will create or leverage existing media assets, perform image/graphics manipulation/optimization, and modify design layouts to suit the content.
