About the position

The Instructional Designer will be responsible for creating a structured Proctor learning program for robotic surgery. This role involves converting existing content into a consistent program aligned with specific learning objectives, including the development of a 2-3 day instructor-led training (ILT) course and a Train-the-Trainer program. Additionally, the consultant will design an eLearning course that will be developed by the client's digital team. This position is fully virtual and offers flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Create a structured Proctor learning program for robotic surgery.
• Convert existing content into a consistent program with specific learning objectives.
• Develop a 2-3 day instructor-led training (ILT) course.
• Design a Train-the-Trainer program.
• Create an eLearning course to be developed by the client's digital team.

Requirements

• Expert Instructional Design experience in both ILT and eLearning.
• Proven experience providing recommendations and best practices for training.
• Experience developing highly technical training is helpful.
