About the position

The Instructional Designer for Sales Training will be responsible for developing eLearning courses aimed at enhancing sales training. This role involves transforming existing instructor-led training (ILT) content into engaging eLearning modules, collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs) to create new content, and utilizing various instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE and Agile. The position is fully remote and offers flexibility in working hours, with a focus on delivering high-quality training materials for the sales team.

Responsibilities

• Develop eLearning courses for sales training based on existing ILT content.
• Interview SMEs to gather information and develop new training content.
• Utilize ADDIE and Agile methodologies in instructional design.
• Create engaging and interactive training materials using tools like Articulate 360 Storyline, Adobe Creative Suite, and Camtasia.
• Ensure that the training materials meet the needs of the sales team and align with company objectives.

Requirements

• Strong experience in Instructional Design and eLearning Development.
• Proven experience in ADDIE and/or Agile development methodologies.
• Expertise in Articulate 360 Storyline.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Camtasia or similar tools.
• Familiarity with Workday Learning LMS is a plus, but not required.

Nice-to-haves

• Sales experience is a strong plus.
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus.
• Experience with Well Said or similar tools.
