As a dedicated Instructional Designer Senior at USAA, you will play a crucial role in partnering with Fraud Operations business leaders to ensure that fraud learning requirements are effectively developed and met. This position involves the creation and maintenance of educational programs tailored for new roles, upskilling, and reinforcement of knowledge. You will serve as a subject matter expert in fraud content, ensuring that all learning programs and initiatives comply with established fraud policies and standards. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with Fraud Operations leaders, fraud training leads, facilitators, and other business partners to support various initiatives within the Fraud Training Program. In this position, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic design initiatives and learning experiences that not only advance business goals but also enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of learning. You will ensure that all initiatives align with Learning & Development objectives, business strategy, and the overarching mission of USAA. Your role will involve acting as a liaison between the Design team and stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals. You will also conduct peer reviews to maintain consistency and quality in course content, develop tools and processes to measure the effectiveness of curriculum solutions, and maintain strong relationships with third-party vendors for content management. Additionally, you will synthesize analyses to identify root causes and provide recommendations that influence business solutions. As a mentor and coach, you will guide peers and team members in your area of responsibility, while also optimizing third-party tools for design. It is essential to ensure that risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled in accordance with risk and compliance policies and procedures.
