About the position

The Instructional Designer Services Analyst II at Conduent is responsible for developing various learning solutions, including web-based, instructor-led, blended instruction, and virtual sessions tailored to the client's technological environment. This role involves collaborating with subject matter experts to create effective instructional materials, responding to client design needs, and ensuring timely project delivery within budget constraints.

Responsibilities

• Develop web-based, instructor-led, blended instruction, and virtual sessions learning solutions.
• Receive learning objectives and source content from client subject matter experts.
• Organize targets into a logical instructional flow appropriate for the end user.
• Respond to client design needs, including escalations and risk inquiries.
• Revise or redevelop learning solutions based on client feedback.
• Deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Comply with all policies and standards.

Requirements

• Experience in instructional design and development of learning solutions.
• Strong organizational skills to manage instructional flow and content.
• Ability to collaborate with subject matter experts and clients effectively.
• Proficiency in using instructional design tools and technologies.
