About the position

As an Instructional Designer at Spectrum Enterprise, you will play a crucial role in developing high-quality training programs tailored for sales and business operations roles. This position focuses on creating engaging learning and development curricula that support business priorities and enhance workforce talent. You will collaborate with teams to design, implement, and evaluate learning programs that inspire high performance and strengthen personal skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement curricula that inspire high performance and teach new and complex topics.
• Activate learning programs, monitor learning assets, and evaluate performance measurements.
• Collaborate with teams in person and digitally within an office environment.
• Conduct needs assessments to evaluate learning solutions while leveraging learning technology.
• Select instructional models and design tailored learning assets with business experts.
• Participate or facilitate train-the-trainer sessions in-person or virtually.
• Enhance and revise existing learning materials.
• Perform peer quality control reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in education, adult learning, a related field or equivalent experience.
• Two or more years of instructional design and development experience for corporate professionals or equivalent experience.
• Proficient in digital learning tools, delivery methods, and platforms for adult learners.
• Creative thinking, listening, problem-solving, time management, and English communication skills.
• History of following guidelines and standards for design tools, delivery methods, and learning platforms.

Nice-to-haves

• Instructional design or instructional technology certification.
• Experience using the SAM, ADDIE, or rapid prototyping delivery approaches.
• Proficient in Adobe Cloud or Articulate 360.
