The Instructional Designer will be accountable for managing the development of innovative training programs through the creation of instructor-led and online training content. This role requires a strong background in curriculum design, training analysis, instructional design, and eLearning development. The ideal candidate will possess strong project and relationship management skills, as well as the ability to work independently in a team-based, matrixed, and hybrid environment. In this position, you will serve as a partner to the business in analyzing product and process information, rapidly developing online learning and blended learning deliverables and tools. You will determine and implement learning strategies and programs that are appropriate for different audiences, ensuring that the training meets the needs of various client groups. Managing multiple training projects simultaneously is essential, as is providing editing and quality control for training deliverables and communications. Additionally, you will design and develop curriculums and other learning solutions in multiple formats, analyze and communicate the metrics of learning effectiveness, and provide feedback and recommendations for ongoing improvement to management. Leveraging decision-making skills, critical thinking, and reasoning will be crucial in this role, as you will proactively resolve problems while exhibiting professional judgment and collaboration skills. You will also prepare Learning & Development (L&D) and Field Team members to facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions for both new and incumbent employees.
