About the position

The Instructional Designer role focuses on developing engaging and effective learning experiences for corporate training programs. The position requires expertise in instructional design methodologies and the ability to create content for various learning environments, including online and classroom settings. The role is hybrid, allowing for flexibility in work location across specified states.

Responsibilities

• Develop learner-centric instructional materials using Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise).
• Create and implement Qualtric surveys for feedback and assessment.
• Design and develop content for online, classroom, and virtual learning environments.
• Apply sound instructional design methodologies and UX design principles in content creation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with learning objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in instructional design or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in instructional design and content development.
• Proficiency in Articulate 360 (both Storyline and Rise).
• Experience in creating Qualtric surveys.
• Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies and UX design.

Nice-to-haves

• Master's degree in instructional design or a related field.
• Experience in corporate training environments.
• Familiarity with various learning management systems (LMS).
