Responsibilities

• Develop course outlines, syllabi, assessments, and learning activities aligned with life design program objectives.
• Create engaging and effective learning experiences using instructional design principles and various technologies.
• Produce high-quality learning materials in platforms such as Canvas, PowerPoint, and Canva.
• Collaborate with instructors and staff to effectively utilize curriculum and instructional resources for life design modules and workshops.
• Implement assessment strategies to measure student learning outcomes and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• Participate in professional development activities to stay current on life design education and instructional development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• Teaching and facilitation experience, preferably in a higher education setting.
• Proficiency in educational technology tools and platforms.
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) such as Canvas.
• Strong design skills, especially in Canva and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Qualtrics to create assessment tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Master's Degree in education technology, instructional design, or higher education.
• Teaching experience in higher education.
• Training and/or certifications in life design.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and universal design for learning.
