Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging and effective training sessions for employees at all levels using various instructional techniques.
- Deliver clear, concise, and compelling presentations to diverse audiences.
- Manage the logistics of training sessions, including scheduling and coordinating with participants.
- Design, develop, and update training programs and materials to meet organizational needs.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback.
- Develop relationships with departments to identify training needs and create tailored solutions.
- Ensure consistent and reliable delivery of training programs.
- Stay updated with industry trends to continuously improve training programs.
- Align training objectives with organizational KPIs and monitor their impact.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required with at least 3 years of related experience.
- In lieu of a degree, at least 5 years of related training and instructional design experience.
- Experience in Instructor-Led Training (ILT) and Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT) preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills, including public speaking abilities.
- Experience managing logistics and scheduling for training sessions is a bonus.
- Ability to work with little supervision and be self-motivated.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in developing training materials for diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with assessment tools and feedback mechanisms for training evaluation.
