About the position

The Instructional Designer/Trainer role at MAXISIQ involves managing the design and delivery of training programs for various stakeholders within the organization. This position is part of a centralized training team that develops core curriculum guidance and training standards, ensuring best practices in training delivery. The role requires collaboration with various teams to understand training priorities and implement effective training solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage the design and delivery of classroom and technology-based training programs.
• Develop separate training packages and syllabi for leaders, operators/analysts, maintainers, and network/system administrators.
• Provide training support to training exercises for fielded versions of the system.
• Collaborate with trainers, government stakeholders, contractor product owners, and development leads to understand training priorities and requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of directly related experience, or a Master's degree and 3+ years of directly related experience.
• Experience with DoD or NSA engineering projects is desired.
• Agile experience is required.
• Clearance requirement: SECRET.
