We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to join our team at our Webster, NY location. The ideal candidate will have 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in instructional design and will be proficient in using tools such as Adobe tools and Articulate 360. This role is crucial in developing effective training programs that enhance the learning experience for our employees and customers. The Instructional Designer will be responsible for gathering training requirements and creating various types of training materials, including Instructor-Led Training (ILT), Computer-Based Training (CBT), and online e-learning modules. The successful candidate will focus primarily on service training for our products, ensuring that learning instructions are clear, engaging, and effective. This will involve script and storyboard creation, as well as collaborating with customers to finalize learning plans and course strategies. Additionally, the Instructional Designer will work closely with our illustration and multimedia team to develop high-quality content that meets the training objectives. This is a full-time position with an expected work schedule of 8 hours per day. The role requires in-person attendance at our Webster, NY office, and candidates must be willing to relocate if necessary, with relocation assistance provided by the employer.
