About the position

The Instructional Designer role is focused on supporting various business areas by analyzing their learning needs and developing effective learning solutions. This position involves collaboration with teams across the bank to enhance learning initiatives and operational processes, ensuring that training aligns with industry trends and best practices in banking operations.

Responsibilities

• Support various business areas with day-to-day learning initiatives.
• Collaborate with teams across the bank to support learning and operational processes.
• Identify areas for improvement and provide learning recommendations in operational processes.
• Develop and implement learning to support processes and controls to mitigate risks and maintain operational efficiency.
• Create reports and presentations on operational performance and communicate findings to internal senior stakeholders.
• Identify industry learning trends and developments to implement best practices in banking operations.
• Participate in learning projects and initiatives to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Experience with Articulate Storyline 360.
• Ability to develop storyboards, scripting, and recording/editing.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Experience in creating learning needs analysis and definition documents for eLearning design projects.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in creating time frames and reporting.

Nice-to-haves

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Education, Training and Development related fields is highly preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
