A client in the Orlando, FL area is looking to add an Instructional Designer to their team on site! This person will be working closely with the team lead to develop the IMDP (Instructional Media Design Package) for a new government customer. The role involves creating training content and designing a user interface for online training sessions. The Instructional Designer will be responsible for creating media and storyboards for IMI (Interactive Multimedia Instruction). This position requires collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that the training materials meet the needs of the end-users and align with the project objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design principles and experience in developing engaging and effective training solutions. Additionally, the role may involve conducting needs assessments, evaluating training effectiveness, and making recommendations for improvements based on feedback and assessment results. The Instructional Designer will also be expected to stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in instructional design and e-learning to continuously enhance the training programs offered.
