About the position

The Instructional Designer role is a contract position focused on creating effective learning experiences in a corporate environment. The position requires expertise in instructional design methodologies and the ability to collaborate with subject matter experts to develop engaging content for various learning formats. This role is essential for enhancing employee development and addressing performance gaps through innovative learning solutions.

Responsibilities

• Create learner-centric experiences and content that incorporate sound instructional design methodologies and UX design.
• Evaluate learning solutions to close performance gaps and change behavior.
• Translate content from subject matter experts into meaningful learning experiences.
• Collaborate with peers to build solutions that solve business problems and opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 2+ years of experience in instructional design or a related field, or a Master's degree.
• 2+ years of experience in instructional design and content development for online, classroom, and virtual learning in a corporate setting.
• Proficiency in Adult Learning Principles and Articulate 360 stack (Storyline and Rise).
• Experience creating Qualtric surveys.
• Ability to multi-task, manage workload, and maintain flexibility in a changing work environment.
