About The Position
The Instructional Designer will be responsible for creating in-person and online training content to support organizational initiatives and business units within the Division of Health Benefits. This role requires strong instructional design and technical knowledge, as well as the ability to develop training materials for adult learners, particularly in the context of Medicaid programs. The position supports live virtual meetings and events, necessitating excellent presentation and collaboration skills.
