About the position

Robert Half is seeking a Digital Asset Coordinator for a remote, short-term contract role with a Fortune 500 Company. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in Google Sheets, responsible for managing and updating digital content assets.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage existing lists to update/confirm website URLs and Highspot/internal URLs for each asset.
  • Tag each content asset based on the focus of the piece: industry, line of business, product focus, etc.
  • Identify content that has been archived/removed during recent website CMS migration, including broken links.
  • Create a finished Google sheet that is easily searchable for teams to filter and find specific sets of content.
  • Move all content files into an organized Google shared drive; partner with creative for final PDF assets.
  • Document instances where content needs to be updated based on old product names.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to gather content for inventory.

Requirements

  • Expertise in Google Sheets and Google Workspace is required.
  • Proficiency in Google Drive and comfortable moving files around.
