About the position

The Instructional Designer at TEKsystems will play a crucial role in rolling out Microsoft Dynamics for the Distribution department. This position requires a skilled professional with a strong background in instructional design and e-learning development, particularly using Articulate Storyline and Rise. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in creating micro-learning content and applying adult learning principles to meet the needs of learners.

Responsibilities

• Develop instructional materials for Microsoft Dynamics implementation.
• Create engaging e-learning modules using Articulate Storyline and Rise.
• Design micro-learning content tailored to adult learners.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables effectively.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in instructional design and e-learning development.
• Proficiency in Articulate Storyline and Rise.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and needs assessment techniques.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with modern apps or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Familiarity with C#, Javascript, .net, Python, Azure, and Angular.
