About the position

The Instructional Designer position at Infojini Inc involves building and managing the performance review module in Cornerstone on Demand for NYCHA's Human Resources team. The role requires inputting competencies, goals, and notifications, as well as testing the performance review process to ensure accuracy before its launch in December 2024. The position also includes troubleshooting user inquiries post-launch and developing informational materials to support the process.

Responsibilities

• Build all elements of the performance review module in Cornerstone on Demand.
• Input competencies, goals, questions, emails, and notifications for participants.
• Test the full performance review process for managers and supervisors in the production environment.
• Support NYCHA's Human Resources team in launching the performance review process.
• Assist with troubleshooting and inquiries from users following the launch.
• Develop informational materials to support the launch as requested.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Cornerstone on Demand, including the Performance Essentials - System Administrator module.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint).
• 2 years of experience with Cornerstone on Demand.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in developing or implementing performance reviews.
• Experience working within complex organizations and/or governmental organizations.
