About the position

The Talent and Learning Experience Designer role at Fidelity TalentSource focuses on creating engaging and effective learning experiences for associates. This position involves collaborating with various teams to modernize learning methodologies and enhance the overall learner experience through innovative content development and instructional design practices.

Responsibilities

• Translate content from subject matter experts into meaningful learning experiences.
• Create learner-centric experiences and content using sound instructional design methodologies and UX design.
• Evaluate learning solutions to identify performance gaps and implement changes to improve behavior.
• Collaborate with peers to develop solutions that address business problems and opportunities.
• Manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic work environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 2+ years of experience, or a Master's degree in instructional design or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in instructional design and content development for online, classroom, and virtual learning in a corporate setting.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Strong project management skills, particularly with ADDIE/SAM models.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with experience presenting to various levels of leadership.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in financial services is preferred.
• Direct experience with content creation tools such as dominKnow Flow, Storyline 360, and Rise 360.
