About the position

The Instructional Designer role focuses on creating and implementing effective digital learning experiences. The position requires a strong background in instructional design, particularly in digital learning, and involves utilizing various authoring tools and methodologies to enhance corporate training programs.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop digital learning content using authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Rise, Adobe Captivate, and Vyond.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops as needed.
• Troubleshoot SCORM files and manage LMS integrations.
• Consult on performance and learning needs within corporate environments.
• Analyze learning metrics and dashboards to assess effectiveness of training programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in digital learning design.
• Expert knowledge of the ADDIE development process.
• Proficiency in digital authoring tools (Articulate 360, Rise, Adobe Captivate, Vyond).
• Experience with corporate learning and performance consultation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with learning platforms, preferably Workday's LMS.

Nice-to-haves

• Facilitation experience in training environments.
