In this role, the Instructional Designer will be responsible for creating a variety of user training tools, including facilitator guides, participant materials, rollout guides, teaching aids, storyboards for eLearning, and quick training videos. The position requires proficiency in various software tools such as InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro, and Acrobat, as well as Microsoft Office applications like Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. The Instructional Designer will collaborate with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to identify training needs through root cause analysis and performance gap assessments. They will also assist in evaluating the effectiveness of existing training materials and programs, ensuring that all content is engaging and meets the needs of the learners. Strong organizational and project management skills are essential, as the designer will manage multiple projects simultaneously and communicate effectively with key stakeholders to meet project deadlines. This position also supports the internal communications team as needed, requiring clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
