The CCO Instructional Design level I position at TEKsystems involves planning and managing instructional design projects and initiatives within the business unit and across the organization. The role is focused on developing instructional courses that are tailored to meet the desired learning outcomes and needs of Navy Federal and its learners. The successful candidate will collaborate with various stakeholders to implement effective strategies for educating and training employees, ultimately aiming to enhance their performance levels. This position requires the utilization of a variety of techniques to define and sequence instructional content and strategies effectively. In this role, you will advise and assist trainers based on course evaluation results, ensuring that the training provided is effective and meets the needs of the organization. You will collaborate with others to plan and design courses and curricula, ensuring the accuracy of content and the integration of multimedia elements. Conducting needs assessments at the request of business unit management will be a key responsibility, allowing you to provide customized training or individual guidance aimed at improving and developing employee performance. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating and editing new learning management system (LMS) learning activities, setting up required training assignments, and generating custom LMS reports. The position also involves creating dynamic instructional and training materials using current technologies, which include references and support tools that reinforce training, increase efficiency, and help produce error-free work. You will develop and test course content, training games, graphic designs, and other technology-driven products to ensure a comprehensive learning experience for employees.
