About the position

The Instructional Designer will support the onboarding process for new users in the financial industry, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to navigate the new platform effectively. This role involves managing user access levels, developing communication plans, and creating user-friendly documentation. The designer will utilize instructional design principles to develop engaging training programs that cater to various learning styles, enhancing user adoption of the platform.

Responsibilities

• Support the onboarding process for new users, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools and resources to successfully navigate the new platform
• Manage and configure user access levels, ensuring that new users receive appropriate permissions according to their roles and responsibilities
• Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans to inform stakeholders of onboarding progress, updates, and key milestones
• Work closely with technical writers to create clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation that supports onboarding and training processes
• Utilize instructional design principles to develop engaging training programs that accommodate various learning styles and enhance user adoption of the platform

Requirements

• 4+ years of Instructional Design Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Proven experience in instructional design, training facilitation, and project management
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and adapt to evolving project requirements
