About the position

Responsibilities

• Create learner-centric experiences and content that incorporate sound instructional design methodologies and UX design with practical application.
• Evaluate learning solutions to close performance gaps and change behavior.
• Translate content from subject matter experts into meaningful learning experiences.
• Collaborate with peers to build solutions that solve business problems and opportunities.
• Manage own workload and maintain flexibility in a work environment with changing priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 2+ years of experience in instructional design or a related field.
• Experience in instructional design and content development of online learning, classroom learning, and virtual learning in a corporate setting.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Problem-solving skills to identify and create learning solutions.
