The Instructional Designer role is a temporary-to-permanent position within a fast-growing real estate company located in Irving, Texas. The position involves designing, developing, and implementing innovative digital learning experiences for employees and business leaders. The role requires collaboration with stakeholders to create effective training strategies and manage projects throughout the development process.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement cutting edge digital learnings for a growing financial company.
• Partner with stakeholders and provide consultative strategies to help design innovative trainings.
• Help develop a deep understanding of digital learning techniques, theory, and tactics to create a creative experience for employees and business leaders.
• Lead and manage projects, providing a clear timeline through all phases of the development of the material and communicate with all parties involved.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5 years of experience in instructional design or related field.
• Proficiency in instructional design methodologies, particularly ADDIE.
• Experience with digital authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate and Vyond.
• Familiarity with LMS integrations and learning dashboards.
• Strong written communication skills.
