About the position

The Instructional Designer at Quantum Recruiters is responsible for creating engaging and effective training programs and instructional materials for the organization. This role involves utilizing various eLearning authoring tools to develop both facilitator-led and eLearning content, ensuring alignment with instructional design principles. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to enhance learning experiences and facilitate the adoption of new initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop interactive and customized eLearning content using Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.
  • Create facilitator-led content that promotes social and experiential learning.
  • Ensure alignment with instructional design principles and best practices.
  • Leverage knowledge of Workday Learning for effective Learning Management System (LMS) administration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate content into the Workday platform.
  • Apply instructional design models, including ADDIE, SAM, and RAPID Prototyping, to craft effective learning experiences.
  • Gather information and design content in collaboration with subject matter experts.
  • Facilitate change management strategies for the adoption of new learning initiatives.
  • Develop and manage Gantt charts to monitor project timelines and milestones.
  • Oversee end-to-end learning programs, from needs assessment through evaluation.
  • Monitor and report on program effectiveness, providing data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Analyze performance gaps and design learning interventions to address identified needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement solutions that enhance individual and organizational performance.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience creating facilitator-led and eLearning content using tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, and SharePoint.
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end learning programs.
  • Experience in classroom facilitation and change management using the ADKAR model is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
