Additionally, the role involves curating content and digital learning experiences, ensuring that the curriculum is scalable and effective across the organization. In this position, the Instructional Designer will also facilitate training sessions both in-person and virtually, requiring a high level of skill in conducting independent research and writing training content. The role demands a comprehensive understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories, as well as proficiency in eLearning authoring software such as Articulate 360 and Adobe Captivate. The designer will be expected to maintain an established portfolio of eLearning artifacts and continuously seek innovative ways to enhance learning experiences.
