The Instructional Designer position at Lukos is a full-time role focused on developing training programs for the Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO), specifically within the Juvenile Family Management Division (JFMD). The primary objective of this role is to provide contractor support services that encompass training, technical assistance, compliance, and programmatic support. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing comprehensive training programs tailored for virtual and remote learning environments, ensuring that these programs align with the specific needs of the JFMD. In this role, the Instructional Designer will apply advanced knowledge of adult learning modalities to create effective instructional materials that cater to various learning styles. This includes conducting thorough needs assessments to identify learning objectives and tailoring content to address specific skill gaps. The designer will also be tasked with developing engaging instructional materials such as e-learning modules, job aids, manuals, and interactive activities that facilitate the learning process.
