About the position

Sitetracker is seeking an Instructional Designer to join the EDU Customer Enablement Team. This role focuses on developing and delivering training programs for customers, ensuring they successfully utilize the Sitetracker platform. The Instructional Designer will collaborate with various teams to enhance customer education and support certification initiatives, leveraging expertise in enterprise software education and instructional design.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver SaaS enterprise customer education rollouts, particularly on force.com.
• Design and deliver instructor-led training (ILT) and web-based training (WBT) offerings.
• Develop and design courses and curriculum, including online learning materials and computer-based training (CBT) modules.
• Create scripts for video and audio content and manage online learning communities.
• Analyze, update, and refine existing online content to improve training effectiveness.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts for lesson planning and course development.
• Provide bespoke customer training and Sitetracker Certification courses to clients.
• Load course content into a Learning Management System (LMS) and maintain project documentation.

Requirements

• Demonstrated history of planning and delivering SaaS enterprise customer education rollouts.
• Experience as a lead instructor and curriculum designer for role-based end-user training.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS).
• Knowledge of instructional theory, including assessment and curriculum design.

• Experience with cloud technologies, preferably Salesforce.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize schedules.
