About the position

UST is searching for an Instructional Designer Associate III - Product Design who will provide product design support through the product development lifecycle, ensuring that the product meets business goals and deadlines while keeping customer satisfaction at the core. This role involves collaborating with business technology and product teams to understand the product vision and translate it into tangible product design propositions, with some guidance from Senior Product Designers. The position is a short-term consulting assignment (approximately 6 months) representing the Learning & Development (L&D) function to solve a requirement from a business team. The primary responsibilities include the migration of offline internal certification journeys onto structured Learning Management System (LMS) paths, restructuring the certification model by analyzing the current state ('as-is') and recommending the desired state ('should be'). The role also involves prototyping and full implementation of the signed-off model, as well as aligning certification journeys to ISO quality standards defined by the organization. This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position, and other relevant essential functions may be required as necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Provide product design support through the product development lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Experience with Cornerstone LMS content management and certification management tools.
  • Experience in consulting assignments to solve learning problem statements with LMS tools, from discovery to implementation.
  • Experience in stakeholder management, business analysis, and presentation.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in instructional design and curriculum development.
