About the position

The Instructional Designer will be responsible for creating engaging and effective learning experiences for various audiences. This role involves collaborating with subject matter experts to design, develop, and implement instructional materials and programs that enhance learning outcomes and meet organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning needs and objectives.
• Design and develop instructional materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training, and assessments.
• Utilize instructional design models and best practices to create effective learning experiences.
• Evaluate and revise existing training programs based on feedback and assessment results.
• Stay current with industry trends and technologies to enhance instructional design practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
• Proven experience in instructional design and development of training materials.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design models and methodologies.
• Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools and learning management systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice-to-haves
