About the position

The Instructional Designer at Roundtable Learning will play a crucial role in developing transformative training programs tailored to client needs. This position requires a deep understanding of adult learning principles and the ability to create engaging training experiences across various modalities, including Virtual Reality and eLearning. The role involves consulting with clients to identify learning objectives and designing effective training solutions accordingly.

Responsibilities

• Consulting with clients to find the best learning solutions
• Creating flowcharts and scripting for Virtual Reality courses
• Developing storyboard/scripts for eLearning courses
• Developing courses in Storyline 360/Rise utilizing existing or new storyboards
• Creating complex interactions in eLearning modules
• Creating Instructor-Led or Virtual Instructor-Led materials including Facilitator Guide, Participant Guide, and additional materials

Requirements

• Deep understanding of adult learning principles and how to apply them
• Excellent technical writing skills with the ability to translate complicated information/processes into engaging training material
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Experience consulting with clients
• Proficient in Articulate Storyline and Rise (at least 2 years' experience)
• Graphic design knowledge and skills
• Experience completing a project from various starting points
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
