About the position

The Instructional Designer at Qualtrics will be part of the Go-To-Market (GTM) Enablement team, responsible for global onboarding, skill development, and ongoing education for internal employees and partners. This role focuses on creating effective and engaging learning strategies that significantly impact customer success and company growth. The position requires a passion for adult eLearning and the ability to manage multiple projects while delivering high-quality courses on schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and launch digital content for training programs.
  • Own the end-to-end process and timeline for course development, including content entry into the LMS and launch strategy.
  • Interview internal subject matter experts to synthesize concepts for course content.
  • Write course content, including scripts for videos, learning activities, and assessment questions.
  • Publicize newly released training content through various marketing channels.
  • Analyze course activity and feedback to refine and enhance training materials.
  • Maintain the eLearning library to ensure content is current and relevant.
  • Research industry best practices for creating engaging and interactive learning experiences.

Requirements

  • 1.5-4 years of experience in content development, technical writing, or online instructional design.
  • Ability to convert complex technical information into easy-to-understand formats.
  • Outstanding organization and prioritization skills.
  • Strong attention to detail to produce high-quality content.
  • Ability to work independently in ambiguous environments.
  • Knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design models.
  • Experience in making digital learning interactive and engaging.
  • Video editing experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with Bloom's Taxonomy and development of assessments/testing.
  • Experience designing overall curriculum for defined audiences.
