FRDA, LLC is seeking an Instructional Designer to join our team in Fayetteville, NC. This position is contingent upon successful award and subsequent funding. As a boutique national security consultancy with worldwide operations, FRDA provides specialized solutions to agencies of the US Intelligence Community, military Special Operations Forces, and other national security partners. The Instructional Designer will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining training content for our Department of Defense (DoD) clients. This role requires collaboration with team members and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure that all training materials are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with technological and operational developments. The Instructional Designer will be responsible for creating a variety of training materials, including lesson plans, student workbooks, practical exercises, and examinations. The position also involves the integration of these materials into a Learning Management System (LMS), specifically Moodle. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing interactive training aids, such as simulations and group projects, that reinforce key learning objectives. Additionally, the Instructional Designer will collaborate with instructors to ensure they have the necessary instructional aids to deliver content effectively. This role may also include other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the training programs offered by FRDA.
