About the position

The Instructional Designer will play a crucial role in supporting the onboarding process for new users of the Ncino platform within the financial industry. This position involves managing user access levels, developing communication plans, and creating engaging training programs to enhance user adoption. The role requires collaboration with technical writers and cross-functional teams to ensure effective training and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support the onboarding process for new users, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools and resources to successfully navigate the Ncino platform
• Manage and configure user access levels, ensuring that new users receive appropriate permissions according to their roles and responsibilities
• Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans to inform stakeholders of onboarding progress, updates, and key milestones
• Work closely with technical writers to create clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation that supports onboarding and training processes
• Utilize instructional design principles to develop engaging training programs that accommodate various learning styles and enhance user adoption of the Ncino platform

Requirements

• 4+ years of Instructional Design Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Proven experience in instructional design, training facilitation, and project management
• Familiarity with the Ncino platform or similar banking CRM and onboarding tools
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and adapt to evolving project requirements
