About the position

The eLearning Developer position at Infojini Inc involves creating engaging online training content using various multimedia tools. The role requires advanced skills in Articulate Studio Storyline and animation design, with a focus on storytelling and interactive learning experiences. The position is hybrid, requiring three days onsite and two days remote work, and is expected to last for over 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Develop online training using Articulate Studio Storyline.
• Design animations and content scenarios using tools like Vyond, Camtasia, and After Effects.
• Create audio scripts for eLearning topics using AI voice solutions.
• Collaborate with the training team to storyboard and design training solutions.
• Manage projects effectively while interacting with clients during the design process.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in online training development using Articulate products.
• Bachelor's degree in a learning-related field or significant relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
• Project management skills for client interaction.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with AI voice solutions such as WellSaid.
• Familiarity with Camtasia and Vyond for animation design.
